Built From Lived Experience
AlignHer Inc. is an Atlanta-based professional training and workforce development firm committed to closing the opportunity gap for women and youth of color. We were founded on a simple truth: the barriers women of color face in professional environments are structural, not personal — and the support they need is specific, culturally grounded, and rarely offered by standard workforce training.
Our founder, Bisharah Shabazz, spent over a decade mentoring women of color in corporate environments at StubHub, Strategic Financial Solutions, and Spiewak & Sons — leading teams of 35+, achieving a 99% customer satisfaction rate, and reducing staff turnover by 23%. That lived experience shapes every program we deliver.
AlignHer partners with government agencies, foster care systems, WIOA providers, group homes, and nonprofits to deliver programming that produces documented, measurable outcomes — not just attendance hours.

Positioned for Georgia C.R.E.W.
Georgia C.R.E.W. (Cultivating the Rising Experienced Worker) is an official initiative of the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS), providing career education, mentorship, and employment readiness for youth in foster care between the ages of 14–21.
AlignHer Inc. is actively pursuing enrollment as a Georgia CREW Career Partner through the DFCS Career Partners Questionnaire process. Our programming maps directly onto the employment preparation mandate of the Georgia CREW program and the Skills to Assets youth training initiative.
As a vetted Career Partner, AlignHer would provide DFCS-approved youth with on-site career experiences, weekly workshop facilitation, mentorship, and one-on-one coaching — helping transition foster youth into confident, work-ready young adults.
