Refund Policy
This policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds may be available for purchases from AlignHer Inc. Please read the part that applies to your item before you buy. When you complete a purchase, you agree to the terms below that apply to it.

Services & Programs
Every AlignHer service, program, or consulting engagement is governed by its own written agreement, such as a contract, statement of work, or enrollment agreement.
When a specific agreement does not state otherwise, this is our general standard:
- A request to cancel and refund a service must be made within 14 days of payment, and before work, onboarding, or program delivery has begun.
- Once work has started, or any session, deliverable, or program access has been provided, fees for the completed portion are earned and are not refundable.
- Deposits, retainers, and registration fees are non-refundable once the engagement is reserved or a seat is held, unless the agreement says otherwise.
Digital Products & Downloads
Digital items such as e-books, templates, toolkits, recordings, and downloadable guides are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once access is granted.
- All sales of digital products are final once the item has been downloaded, opened, or otherwise accessed.
- If a file is missing, corrupted, or will not open, contact us within 7 days and we will repair it or provide a working copy. If we cannot deliver a usable file, we will refund that item.
- Accidental duplicate purchases reported within 7 days will be refunded.
Merchandise
AlignHer is not currently selling physical products. When branded merchandise becomes available, the terms below will apply.
- Standard, in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, less original shipping. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Made-to-order, personalized, and print-on-demand items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item arrives defective or does not match the order.
- Items marked final sale or clearance at purchase cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel, earrings, and opened beauty or wellness products cannot be returned once opened.
Events & Registrations
Unless the registration terms state otherwise, paid registrations may be cancelled for a refund up to 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days of the start, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session or another attendee, subject to availability.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind what we sell. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
This protection always applies.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you, even for items that are otherwise final sale.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email info@alignher.global with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your name, order number, item, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
- For physical items, please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.
- We aim to review and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After approval, please allow 5 to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Items That Are Not Refundable
- Service or program fees for work already performed or delivered.
- Deposits, retainers, and held registrations, unless the agreement states otherwise.
- Digital products that have been downloaded, opened, or accessed.
- Made-to-order, personalized, and print-on-demand merchandise.
- Items marked final sale or clearance, and gift cards.
Your Rights & Policy Updates
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived. Where the law requires a remedy we have not listed, that law applies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The version and effective date above show when it was last revised. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect on the date of purchase.
